Microforges and Microgrinders

The MF2 a the new microforge from Narishige, which replaces the MF830 and MF900 and is suitable for fire-polishing of patch-clamp pipettes and fabrication of glass micro-tools for micro-injection.  Appropriate lens kits need to be selected for your chosen application.  For pipette grinding, the EG-45 offer basic functionality, while the recently updated EG-402 includes a microscope for better visualisation of the pipette tip during grinding.
