Just 5 steps between you and new lab equipment
1. Browse our detailed online catalogue
First things first, determine which piece of equipment would be best for your research.
Our website provides the most up-to-date information relating to all of our products.
On each product page, you’ll find an in-depth description, along with FAQs and a series of useful downloadable PDFs – including operator’s manuals, product literature and application notes. All of which will inform your purchase and help you to select the right product for your requirements.
Further detailed information on our most popular items, can also be found in our new product catalogue. It’s always worth taking a look at our blog for additional guidance and insight, too.
2. Request a quote
Some products are available to purchase directly from the website. But these tend to be the lower-cost items. Due to their complex nature, for most of the devices we stock, we ask potential customers to first make an enquiry or request a quotation.
You can either submit our online quote form, give us a call or send an email to [email protected]. Try to include as much information as possible about your research, including a brief overview of the project and how you intend to use the electrophysiology equipment chosen.
We’ll then get back to you as soon as possible, with tailored advice on the best equipment for your needs, and the estimated cost of your requested device (in GB pounds, US dollars or euros).
3. Arrange your purchase
If you’re happy with the price and wish to go ahead with the purchase, the next step is to submit a purchase order. Details of how to do this will be provided along with the quote. Essentially, you’ll need to complete a purchase order form and send this to our team via mail, email or fax.
We do also accept telephone orders. But please note, a hard copy confirmation would still be required – which includes both the billing and shipping address, the end user’s name and contact details and the Economic Operators Registration Identification (EORI) for institutions and companies.
4. Make the payment
The quickest and easiest way to pay is via Mastercard or Visa.
Simply let us know this is your preferred method, and we will send you a pro-forma invoice for the items required. This will include an embedded hyperlink to the Stripe payment portal, where you can make a quick and secure online payment in GB pound sterling.
Credit card payments will only be actioned once your item is in stock and ready for dispatch.
5. Wait for your delivery
Digitimer-manufactured electrophysiology lab equipment is generally in stock, which means we can usually dispatch it immediately. If not, we’ll do everything we can to ensure it’s on its way as soon as possible.
We’re also pleased to have the support of a global network of knowledgeable and experienced distributors and representatives – all of which uphold the high levels of customer service expected by Digitimer. Deliveries to global destinations are often accomplished within just 2 weeks.
