Prices displayed on the Digitimer website are our manufacturer’s Net List price in GBP. This pricing excludes UK VAT and shipping. International pricing will vary according to how Digitimer Ltd. is represented and supported in your country and will be influenced by exchange rate variability/fees, local taxes (e.g. VAT), duties, international importation costs, operational costs, shipping and packing.
Requesting a Quote
Items which are not available for online purchase only feature a blue “Add to Quote” button. Quote requests are actioned by Digitimer Ltd. or forwarded to the appropriate local office/regional representative.
Digitimer can provide quotations or pro-forma invoices in GB Pounds, US Dollars or Euros. Purchase requests should be faxed or mailed. We can accept telephone orders, however, we require a hard copy confirmation (faxed, mailed or Emailed) of ALL purchase orders placed by telephone. This confirmation should:
- Be made on an official purchase order form (if at all possible).
- Include both billing (invoicing) & shipping (delivery) addresses.
- Indicate the end user’s name and contact details whenever possible.
- Provide the Economic Operators Registration Identification (EORI) and VAT registration number for institutions/companies within the European Union.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and do not include local taxes (e.g. VAT), import charges, duties, carriage or packing.
For convenience, certain products may be purchased directly from our website, with availability indicated by the red “Add to Basket” button. Online purchases are processed by and shipped from Digitimer Limited in the UK. Purchases via the website made by UK-based customers will incur UK VAT charges (currently 20%). If you wish to make a purchase and claim VAT exemption, please first submit a quote request and we will respond with a formal quote or proforma invoice.
Purchases made outside the UK are not charged UK VAT, but may incur local tax, duties or other fees during importation of goods. Please seek clarification from your government regarding local import taxation rules and charges.
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notification and do not include any duties, locally levied import taxes (e.g. VAT) or import charges. Carriage and packing costs are added at the checkout.

Credit Card Payment
Digitimer now accepts Visa and MasterCard payment in GBP only. If you want to pay by credit card, please request a pro-forma invoice for the items you require or purchase online. We will then send you the pro-forma in PDF format which will have an embedded hyperlink to the Opayo (formerly SagePay) payment portal, allowing you to pay securely online. All credit card transactions will be charged in GB Pounds Sterling and will only be actioned once items are in stock and ready for despatch. If possible, pro-forma requests from institutions within the EU should include their Economic Operators Registration Identification (EORI) number.
Purchase orders from UK institutions receiving VAT exemption, should include a copy of an appropriate VAT exemption certificate.
Digitimer uses Royal Mail or DPD for deliveries within the UK. For all other destinations, our chosen carriers are Fedex, DHL.
All Digitimer manufactured products are supplied with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects or faulty components. Our full policy, including details on how you can extend your warranty are given here.
Thank you for your purchase, which we hope you will be happy with. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached to qualify for a full refund.
Before returning an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address, making reference to your unique RMA number on the external address label:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS THAT HAVE ANY SIGN OF WEAR AND TEAR WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. For credit card purchases, refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return and refund has been processed.
