E-mail Addresses

If you provide us with your E-mail address we will use it to communicate with you in relation to your specific customer enquiries. We also use E-mail to infrequently inform you of product updates/enhancements and important safety announcements, via an E-mail newsletter. We do not provide your E-mail address to any other organization for the purposes of sharing it, however, our E-mail newsletters are handled by MailChimp, a US-based E-marketing company and as a result our contact data is stored by Mailchimp for our exclusive use.

Mailchimp are registered and comply with the EU Safe Harbor framework in relation to their collection, use and retention of data from the EU. They are also notified with the UK information commissioners office as “data controllers” (registration number Z1907965), although this is not in respect of our distribution lists, where they are considered “data processors”. They have a rigorous security policy which you can read more about in their privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Any E-mail communications from us via Mailchimp provide the recipient with links to opt-out of future E-marketing. If you do not wish to receive any E-mail from us in the future, please let us know by contacting us.

If you supply us with your postal address you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by contacting us. Please provide us with your exact name and address and we will be sure your name is removed from the list.
