New SPP-100 Extracellular Amplifier and D501 Isolated Temperature Monitor
The Digitimer North America booth will feature our new SPP-100 Extracellular Amplifier, perfectly suited to low-noise differential recordings from whole animal, tissue/brain slices or nerve preparations. The compact SPP-100 amplifier incorporates wide gain, high/low cut filter options and an analogue signal output, allowing it to be used with most commercial DAQ hardware and software.
The D501 Isolated Temperature Monitor has been developed to provide a safe means to record skin temperatures during electrophysiological testing in human subjects. Power and data transfer is handled by a USB connection to a host PC. Temperature monitoring via the D501 has already been incorporated into the QtracW threshold tracking software for axonal excitability studies, but it would also suit other applications that require physiological temperature monitoring.
An extensive range of Digitimer products will be on display at SfN
Digitimer North America will display an array of Digitimer products to SfN, so they can provide hands-on guidance and demonstrations of our most popular and newest products. This year they will have amplifiers and stimulators for human neurophysiological research, including the D360R-4 isolated amplifier, DS7R and DS8R stimulators, as well as low-noise stimulators (DS3) and brain slice chambers for in vitro electrophysiology. For those interested in electrical stimulation of multiple sites or preparations, our D188 Remote Electrode Selector will also be displayed on the booth.
In addition to our range of amplifiers and electrical stimulators, we will also have our 50/60Hz noise removal devices on the stand, including the renowned Hum Bug Noise Eliminator, and the D400 Multi-channel units, which can remove mains interference from 2, 4 or even 8 channels!
We hope that all delegates attending SfN have an enjoyable visit to Chicago!
