These ground electrodes are made of a copper strip covered in an absorbent felt. The electrodes must be moistened in saline solution before use. It is also possible to use them with a contact gel.
After use, these electrodes should be carefully rinsed with clear water to wash the substances containing salt out of the felt. This will increase the serviceable life of the electrodes.
The 150cm long connecting cable has a fixed connection and 1.5mm DIN 42802 touchproof connector, with the copper strip and cannot be removed or varied in length. The electrode band is 55cm long and 20mm wide.
