Automate
Scientific manufacture a couple of chamber for use at ambient
temperatures or with pre-heated perfusates. The OPC-1 is
designed for use with Xenopus oocytes under two electrode voltage
clamp, while the PCP-1 is a clever insert for 35mm petri dishes
which provides for easy multi-channel perfusion of isolated cells
and waste aspiration.

The
AutoMate OPC-1 is a perfusion chamber
designed for very low volume (<20µl) perfusion of Xenopus oocytes
during two electrode voltage clamp recording. The chamber is supplied
with stage adapters to fit popular stereo microscopes.

flow rates and reduced wastage of expensive compounds.

Petri Dish Perfusion Chamber (PCP-1)

The
AutoMate PCP-1 is a perspex insert designed
to fit inside standard disposable 35mm petri dishes. The insert
allow bath perfusion, by providing hidden inflow and outflow routes to
the dish.
Note: 4 into 1 or 8 into 1 Teflon micro-manifolds (pictured) can be
supplied, but are NOT included with the chamber.
